I got this from a guy writing a book.

Howdy,
I'm writing a book that deals with the era of Auburn University
history in which streaking in occurred...
So, am I right in understanding that the inspiration for you're
website / interest in streaking in general came from seeing the Auburn
yearbook when you're sister brought it home that year?
Thanks!
Jeremy Henderson

I replied:  Of course I did not know about the web back then, but the yearbook did
inspire my interest in streaking.

While trying to trace down more information about Suzanne Pegg I got a reply from Mrs Liz Pentlow, Alumni Officer of Trinity Hall:

Sadly we have lost touch with Suzanne so I can’t forward your email on to her, but if she gets in touch we will let her know you are interested in her exploits!!

I can’t find anything here that would add to what you have I’m afraid.

I got another correspondence from a guy offering more information and suggesting where I might find more:

Subject: Information about Sally Cooper

There was a long article/interview about her in either the Sunday
Times magazine or the Observer Magazine (or else in some other Sunday
magazine supplement) in 1984 or 1983, perhaps 1982 or 1985. She said she'd
subsequently modeled in a couple of magazines. She said she got away
from the policeman and found refuge in a friends house.

(He suggested I could research old newspapers at the Collingdale London  branch of the British Museum. A search of the “Observer’s” web site, and that of the “Sunday Times” yield no information about Sally, or of the mystery photos where I have scant information. It probably was some other Sunday supplement that he saw.)

Cheers.

I replied that the Ocean is a barrier to my doing research at the library.

A guy Identified as R C wrote, "Thanks for setting up this great website." And sent some pictures of a lady streaking at Bay to Breakers 2007.

The strangest correspondance I had was from a guy named Maximilian.

Dear „Female Streakers“-team, as a german journalist, i am working at the moment on an article about streaking. In my opinion, streaking is something interesting, funny and more or less new. So, I want to presentate this „sport“ the audiance to make streaking more popular. That’s why I want to ask you, if I could sent you some questions about streaking by email? Ist his ok for you? Please give me as soon as possible a short response if it is ok for you. That would be great!

I said sure, go ahead!

His reply:

Hi Robert,

thank's a lot. That is absolut great. Here are the questions (i know it seems to be much but i hope it is ok for you and i think that are all very short questions with short answers):

To my surprise he had questions geared toward a streaker, such as. "What excites you to pull off your clothes on events and to streak over the field?"

"What is the average of money a streaker get for one streak with a company’s logo on his body while he streaks?"

"What punishments and consequences a streaker normaly get when they catch him on the football-field?"

"What do the securities do with you after catching you on the field?"

"What is your motivation doing that again and again?"

"Every day, there are thousands of sport events all over the world. According to what criterions you select your gigs?"

Then he ended with:

Thank you so much for your help. Thanks a lot!

He thought that I had been sponsored to streak sporting events. And that probably the site was about a group of women who had been paid to streak sporting events.

I don't think he could have been a journalist as he claimed. He diddn't even read the home page to find out what my site was actually about.

I did see a reference to a site that did have women who did something similar to streaking for hire, maybe he got me confused with that site.
